Her suggestion was considered by the body.

Other matters: Mardea briefed the body on the meeting she and the president held with representative of the Mayor at the Syracuse City Hall. She stated that the meeting was fruitful and will give a full break down of how the meeting went at the next scheduled meeting. She noted that in order to raise the flag, let there be at least 30 people to show some impression. She also indicated that if the Community can come up with this number, arrangements can be made with the mayor’s office to raise the flag on the the 23rd of July, 2010 before the celebration on the next day. The President, Mr. Dossen stated that all of Mardea explanations were accurate.

Ms. Dweh was responding to the president who asked how far she (Ruth) had gone with their planning regarding the sport’s department. Responding to Ruth’s assertion, the President admitted that it was his mistake that he did not give an appointment letter to Ruth but reassure her that he did write the letter and will present it to her (Dweh) as soon as possible.
